Good question - I'm not sure. I think my rear V1 sensitivity is due to version or tune. The 3.813 in my vehicle performed MUCH better in the same environment.

In my opinion, LI is still the class leader. Blinder's 27/47 products are good and are probably an effective alternative is price is a consideration.

It depends on the vehicle. The consensus was the LI dual is about 20% or so better than the M27, so small or dark vehicles they will probably perform the same. On large or light colors the LI is still the choice. If $ are the major driving factor the M27 will probably do adequately on a med to large dark vehicle ( I have a F-150 and feel very comfortable with the M47, 2 front and 2 rear).

I'm looking forward to the GOL tests so you have direct comparisons, as the only direct comparison we did was the last Stalker run listed under the LI. As you can see the numbers were close.

Seriously, M6D, I honestly think that "this is just one of those situations."

First, rsatmans ain't your average gunner.

Second, like many of us are fond of saying, all that has to happen is that the shooter gets lucky - whether it be due to extreme skill and knowledge (as in rsatmans's case) or just sheer dumb luck (as likely during an actual real-world engagement), it's just what happens.

I wouldn't lose any sleep over it, but it's certainly something interesting to follow-up on.

My gut says there's no crosstalk on my system. This is the only long range PT a good shooter has gotten against the combined LI/MemTek ZR4s in three testing sessions, including the MOAC twice.

More than likely, this was a good glance the Rsatmans got off an edge or the top. He ruined my perfect record, so I'm going to get him back somehow.
