    Default Some direction please

Hi everyone, I am new and am looking for some direction. I have been researching laser jammers and radar/laser detectors for the best combination for protection but every site i check for reviews gives conflicting information. Some people have even said that other sites are frauds. I cant seem to tell if GOL or Laser jammer tests is legit because they both say they test real world scenarios but both give different reviews and both have high rated products that don't exist any more. I would like to know peoples opinions about what course I should take but I want the best product.

On a side note, I used to own a passport8500 X50 blue but it was stolen. When I compared it to a friends valentine the range was pretty equal but my passport gave less than half of the false alerts. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys!

GOL test are legit I can guarantee it. The places that say they aren't are run by goons. The one issue with GOL is their last test is out dated cause there is the new Blinder M27/M47 on the market which is a huge improvement over the last. GOL will hopefully test laser jammers this coming summer.

So far the only jammers I would recommend people is the Blinder M27 and Laser Interceptor. both jammers have been proven by all independent testers from the forum. You can't go wrong with either

I suggest you read the Laser Jammer FAQs to get some knowledge

    Stickies FTW!
    GOL is legit.
Take a look through the first few pages of the videos and watch them, note which setups you like, which ones you don't and build what you can within your budget to make you the happiest.
Take a look at the GOL page and start learning to identify LIDAR guns on site, so you'll know what your highest risks are when it comes to needing the coverage of jammers.
The Blinder platform has been significantly updated since the GOL 2008 test.

    It really depends on:

    1. What features you want.

    2. What environment you drive in.

    3. Your budget.

You can get a new Blinder M27 from Radarbusters.com and perhaps a used X50 and have a very nice setup that can deal with almost any threat for less than $700.

If you want more bells and whistles (arrows ), be prepared to pay more.

Yeah, but lots of people come here saying that. Then they start whining like a little girl when we recommend anything over a thousand dollars.
