gI just got shot with a Lz-1 last sunday from an unmarked charger on I-95 in Connecticut. Also with a lz-1 on 395 in Connecticut 2 months ago. Both were 1200 feet or less(shot me soon as I crested the hill). Hope your luck lasts and you keep getting hit by the truespeeds.
I have a center grill height mounted ci radar antenna and I simultaneously run a windshield high mounted V1. Over the hill reaction time is very very close.
Ill definitely will try it if it wont fit in the grill. Cant wait to see this in action, and it looks like the USB updates will be available by the end of this quarter for the voice updates. No "multiple signals detected" though. But it does tell you if a laser alert is from the rear or front.
I mainly drive the Fairfield 84 to 91 area and to VT where for some reason TrueSpeed is used allot. Thanks for the heads up on 95 ill keep an eye out for the Lz-1.
But ether way the ZR4's are just for fun, i figure because i have had so many lucky saves where the LEO thought there were bigger fish to fry with my 9500ix, the ZR4's will be at least as good as the 9500ix for alerting to laser.
