Question Need Advice - Toyota Tundra: Blinder M47 or LI Dual?

I have a Toyota Tundra like the one pictured below (not my truck). I am looking for a jammer that will adequately protect the front of this behemoth. For now, I am not going to do anything with the rear, but may in the future. Laser is not used in my town, but the PLIII would be my main threat when I hit the interstates if that makes a difference.

Radar Busters has the Blinder M47 for $600, which is about what the LI Dual costs. So what would you guys recommend and why? If money were no object I would get the LI Dual HP, but I don't have $1200 to spend right now and probably won't until summer if then. Thanks in advance.

So just two of the regular LI heads is sufficient even with all that chrome? I figured 4 heads > 2 heads, but I will defer to the experts.

Yeah, I thought along the same lines when I was pondering between LI and Blinder. But Snoopy and others helpfully set me straight. Bottom line is LI Dual > Blinder M47 and would adequately protect your Tundra.

Awesome, thanks! The grill is attached to the hood and lifts with it, so I guess I would need to leave enough slack in the wiring.

    You need quad HP

quad standard if you remove the chrome.

They can actually lock you off the mirror if close enough. The size of that truck coupled with the chrome is no joke

LI Quad HP? Just for the front? That's like over $2K for that setup, much more than I can afford right now.

No worries. If the hood has soundproofing material you can put the wiring up behind it and for the gap from hood to engine bay I'd use loom for protection and appearances.

To everyone saying bunk about the blinder, someone just installed a m27 on a Chevrolet Silverado, it is JTG on pro laser, LTI marksman, LTI ultralyte and stalker.

This is all with the old 2.6 software no the new one that is being developed.
