Default Jammer decision for Nissan 350Z

    Hey guys,

I have been lurking for a couple of weeks now and done a good chunk of reading about laser jammers of late and am about to take the plunge. However, I'd like a couple of opinions about my specific car first if anyone can offer some first hand experience.

Some essentials: I live in Ontario, Canada and while I would like to support Radar Roy's business associates they will not ship to my address. Unfortunately for me, that mean the Laser Interceptor is a no go (unless someone can tell me how I can get it shipped to my home or business address).

That leaves my Canadian options at Blinder or Laser Park Pro. At present, I am leaning towards the LPP because of the smaller heads (=more stealth for my jurisdiction). But can a single LPP really outperform a dual head Blinder M27?

    Any thoughts? Opinions? Suggestions?

The jammer will be coupled with the Beltronics STi Driver for a complete countermeasure solution.

    Thanks in advance,

How would I get a hold of Cliff? I went to process my whole transaction at radarbusters.com and as soon as I entered my shipping address they indicated that the could not ship the items. I'd also be concerned about hassles at the border. But...I am open to suggestions. The LI certainly seems to be the system of choice.

Given my "easy" options (LPP or Blinder) is it safe to conclude that the LPP is the more effective option even with a single head?

    Thanks!

That actuator mount is killer! That redefines stealth entirely. You'd definitely need to tinker with set up to get that dialed in. I wonder how consistent your head alignment would be...

    Hey all,

A quick update to this thread: I contacted Cliff @ Laser Interceptor USA and he delivered the goods in an exceptional manner. Fast emails, great pricing, answered all sorts of questions.

Wound up with an Escort Redline (rather than the Bel STi) and a set of LI Duals. Can wait to get all of this gear installed now! The worst part will be waiting until spring to take my car out of storage.

Customer service from Cliff was fantastic! Plus, I know that I've got the best equipment available coming my way.

The headlights on the 350Z must be crazy reflective to LIDAR so I just couldn't get comfortable with the idea of a single head protecting the plate actually giving sufficient coverage for the lights.

    Cheers all!
