Interesting in that they are shooting from the 3rd floor. How would level jammer heads do in a case like this?

Makes me sick, they say speed makes that section of road unsafe? Then keep a marked occupied police cruiser in plain view at the beginning of the trouble are, that will do the trick, but thats not what the goal is.
In terms of jamming in this scenario, this is obviously only speculation, but my money would be on the LI would provide several seconds of successful jamming from initial targeting, based on the view in the HUD of the PL3.
I base this due to the very tall height of the dufus firing through the window (& through power lines at points), the initial targeting would optimally be from a long distance away in order to get a clean shot of the vehicle as it approaches (vs waiting till the vehicle is very close and ‘chasing’ it with the gun, firing at the roof & hood).
The long distance means a much more shallow angle of attack, giving the LI a decent chance of defeating the LIDAR unit long enough to slow down, probably only a few seconds before the angle becoms too steep & a PT occurs.
Just my opinion J
As he is quite high up so the beam is at a bit of an angle, would the speed gun's speed register a bit slower than the car is traveling at?
That is an insane setup. I think we should have the whole forum run through there and show this LEO what's up. It would be like 100 cars with no reading.
