What are advantages/disadvantages of Blinder vs. Lidatek? It seems that Lidatek only jams for limited time (5 seconds) but blinder jams indefinitely. Do I have that right?

Correct!
The blinder has bigger jammer heads compared to lidatek
I believe that the lidatek also JTG the LTI ultralyte when it was hand held.
however.... 5 second jam time... :roll:
It is all what you are looking for. You cant go wrong with either one. I tend to lean towards the Lidatek do to their smaller size. I would personally put a dual head unit on a regular car and an tripple head units on an SUV. On the Blinder M40 either way
