Looking to Rent LIDAR Guns in Canada

I used to have a couple of contacts, however its been some time since I rented.

Looking to complete my seasonal test with an LR B and TruSpeed, if possible.

Any info appreciated.

1. Operational test?

Both. I had my LI reinstalled a month ago and want to ensure they're performing like they used to.

Well for operational test, the best way is to buy a hand held "tester".There are two I've seen for sale.One has 16 different pulse trains to simulate a real Lidar gun a close range (10'),I think Speed Measurement Labs or Laser Elite made it.The other co., is Laser Interceptor just came out w/ a brand new one for $35.Maybe a vendor advertises here for sale.

For Perf. testing you'll need a real Lidar gun aimed at different parts of car.If no friend w/ one, only other source is real speed trap ambush by a cop.Might try searching thru threads here or post a ques. asking if anyone Alberta has a source.There's a group on YouTube w/ videos by a group called ECCTG (East Coast Countermeasures Testing Group) that has tests in different parts of North America.Do a search,you could get lucky.

Nothing as of yet. I've been keeping an eye on eBay, because I'm sick of the lack of resources out here. I wouldn't mind getting my hands on an LR B, if anyone knows of someone selling one. I approached a local dealer and they wanted 6 grand, LOL.

I see there is a LTI Ultralyte Compact (which ships to Canada) and a Stalker Lidar (only ships to USA) both on ebay
If bidding on ebay best to use an ebay sniper program to bid at the last second.
I am new to laser jamming testing but I think those models would work?
tempted to bid but the wife is a little pissed I just bought a jammer and RD

Yes, I noticed both on eBay. Not interested in either at this point. Also just dropped quite a bit of dough on yard developments this year. Think I'll have to put this on the back burner for the time being.

As always, if anyone is aware of someone in Alberta with the access to lidar equipment, please do get in touch with me. I have no problem driving to you and paying for testing.
