Bluetooth laser jammer

I'm looking to buy and install but something that could re-install on other car.
So I was looking the jammers were wireless and use 9v or it could connect to 12v supply, but the control unit would be work thru Bluetooth or wireless somehow.
So is there any manufacture tried to accomplish this?

There is a product called cheetah. It is an attempt to do what you are trying to do. However, use of wireless products for jamming is not recommended. I looked at the product before I did my install.
