Laser Shield

How good is laser shield really? That is, by itself without an additional jammer. Couldn't find any test results anywhere. Also, is it just a film that goes over your license plate?

Still dont see an answer to my question. That site is good, but doesnt focus on the lasershield. I saw only 3 or so runs that had lasershield on them and none of them were just lasershield.

With my laser jammer I get a 300' punch through on average w/o using the laser shield in conjunction with the jammer. If I use the laser shield with my jammer I get JTG.

I posted a similiar post elsewhereon this site...but here is my take on the shield. I drive a 05.5 black Audi S4. Big freakin chrome grille and lights. I am waiting till this spring to purchase active laser jammer. I placed a very thin coat of veil on my front plate, and a laser shield. then veil on the grille and lights. run with an x50 low on the dash. I got hit with a laser gun in maine this past weekend doing 90-95. I crushed the brakes and did not get pulled over. It was a major speed trap, and the two rabbits i was following both got tagged. Earlier on the drive i was hit in CT doing 80 in a 65, crushed the brakes and did not get pulled over. I am certain the shield plus veil helped tremendously in ME. I can not wait to get a ljammer in another month or two. I placed the veil prior to winter, and some of hit has chipped off.
