Jammer tester that uses a laser diode

i hawe this SPL PL, and problem with driver too. low cost LD with much power. im attempting copy driver,it is simple but i dont hawe parts. MOSFET transistors,BSP and EL. look LD, SPL LL with intengrated driver,hawe only this BSP mosfet and capacitor inside. and its cost double. :? + this SPL LL need external driver with mosfet EL.
its easier to copy this, i will put shematics of this driver. i hope that you can easier purchase parts then me. im from Croatia...

I think you can use mosfet transistor for driving LD. I think the best solution is to use PIC (like 12f629) and mosfet to drive LD.

Here is South Africa, the SPL LL is 4 times the amout on the SPL PL LD. Thats y i am considering building a simple cost effective driver.

On the diagram, the EL7202C IC is so diff to find here... Does anyone know of an equivalent?

hmmm... interesting... which mosfet is better for the 25W LD... the IRF510 or the IRF520? ....

here is driver for SPL. LD is wery sensitiv and its best to folow this shematics. recomended in osram datasheet.
