See attached image. Do I need to apply Veil to the VW emblem? What about the running lights? The running lights don't look very reflective...

Without seeing the picture i'd say apply it to all lights and the chrome and imblems are completely up to you. The thing about the imblem is that it could be the only thing to screw you from far distances if the laser happens to catch the chrome on it

can't attach images from your hard drive without uploading them somewhere that allows you to link to it.

if you've got large reflective surfaces (large fog lamps, large emblems, etc) you wouldn't be hurt by VEILing them.
