We discussed this awhile ago, and then AGAIN just like yesterday...and yet I can't seem to find those threads. Damn.

Anyway, the upshot was that we KNOW that Veil soaks into Lamin-X (or at least some of these adhesive plastic layers, I'm not sure about that specific brand). So the problem is that we don't exactly know whether, after it soaks into the cover, it might damage the headlight on the other side...so we're not SURE that it would work, but it's still an interesting idea.

Not yet, but it looks as though I will have to go in that direction.

Thought it would get rid of the stain...given its properties. Unfortunately didn't work.

Aside from not taking the stain out, did the bleach affect your headlights at all?

They're polycarbonate plastic, right? Not glass?

Nope, no affect at all. And yes, they are plastic.

Well then...like I told you before, pick up a can of Goof Off and spot-test (carefully) on one of the stains.

    Victor,

I am sorry to hear that you are having "issues" with your particular headlight housings.

I believe I posted something to this effect about three weeks ago somewhere in the Veil section concerning this.

I am interested in trying to resolve this for you, but I am on the road for the week traveling.

Could you PM some pictures of your headlights?

I would like to see what our options may be.

No problem, B. I'll send them to you as soon as I get home from work this evening.
