    laminate from kinko's - $a few dollars?
    plate cover from pepboys - $3-$6

    foiling a LEO's attempt to get a speed reading? priceless.

    There's some things your countermeasures can't help, For everything else there's MasterJam.

    Like I said, I never expected LaserShield to have IR properties. I've always thought that it acted via "diffusing" the incoming LIDAR.

    i had a lasershield until somebody ripped it off my old car. that prompted me to try out the photolab technique
    just don't do it with a color photocopy. they fade really quick.

    Although this is fine, you have to sand down the clear coat that the tape has AND the clear coat on the plate, that will eliminate the remaining reflection.
