VA State just bought 6 new Chargers

VA just bought 6 new Dodge Chargers. They are going to be used on I95 and I81 primilary used for speed enforcement. They are going to be unmarked cars.

The both look bad-ass, but the latter actually has the goods under the hood. 8)

After seeing the lastest round of Motor Trend test results, I'd like to have a go at one around a track on on the strip (and yes, before anyone laughs at me, there truly are these types of publicity/community-relations events at various venues nation-wide). My LGT is currently at the level of stock EVOs and STIs - should be an interesting match-up.

Correct on all counts, bruddah - the Motor Trend article made this quite clear, but I'd still like to take one on at such a sanctioned event to see how my more "family oriented" ride might fare.



Besides, that Britax Marathon baby-seat (and her stroller) I'm hauling around weighs a ton.

Again, totally agreed. If I were an LEO driving around in a cruiser, I'd take the Charger - even with the HO V6 - any day!

Haven't seen the undercover VSP charger, but have seen the marked ones.
