NOVA Near US-50 E and I-66

Traveling on US-50 E when you cross over I-66, there's a large field to your left. I've seen on a few occasions LEO's just chillin' in that lot. Their facing eastbound as well, but my V1 never alerts to anything. Anyone know what they're doing there? VASCAR or something?

Given that location is in Fairfax county, its definately not VASCAR since they don't bother with unsophisticated means of traffic enforcement.

In ffx, lidar and pacing are by far the most common methods used.
