might now have laser in abilene, texas?

yesterday i was cruising down the freeway and noticed a cop in the barditch with customer. however my radar didnt detect nothing..then coming back the other way the same cop but different customer, still no detection..so either he turns his c/o off when with a custome, he shoots only I/O or this town now has laser. if its laser im screwed!! abilene, texas isnt very big, but its a good 115,000 people..

If he has a customer, he probably radared them. If he radared them, his radar stopped transmitting when he locked their speed. If the radar is not transmitting, you won't alert to it. Unless it is a dual radar, it is pretty darn rare for radar to still be transmitting when the officer has a customer.

Repeat after me: It's not a cop detector. It's a radar detector.

Laser is spreading quickly through out Texas. Ka 34.7 is real big in Texas also.
Tx DPS shoot laser very rarely. I have seen towns with 2,000 people with a local
LEO loaded with laser. Small towns of New Mexico have X band.
