"Just a FYI for the Georgia guys. I was heading on I-75 southbound on Friday night. I got some real world QT love. LEO was sitting right next to the left hand lane running 34.7. Here is the worst part of the 13 triggers the v1 picked up the STI-R caught 2 of them. Right before exit 146 for Warner Robbins."

Made the run from Fla. to Atlanta and back via 75 last month. In Ga I was hit 3 times with Ka, 2 constant on and 1 instant on; No laser until I got back into Fla.

Yes, I run this route a lot. I guess here are some quick tips. I usually encounter 4-6 LEO's running traps. Usually half I/O KA 34.7 and the other half PL3 and Ultralyte 20/20. I have had 3-4 rear laser encounters. The last one happened heading southbound north of Tifton by about 8 miles. I have also seen rear I/O from on-ramps. Around exits 106-100 near a small town called Montezuma, the country uses blacked out Tahoes to run laser enforcement. Watch out for Tifton the speed limit drops down and they like to run moving I/O.

I marked most of the traps with Trapster so run it and give back.

That LEO running the QT was scary near exit 146.

I always use Trapster on the highway and I've very good about reporting what I see, and also adding confirmations to previously reported sightings to build the trust level of actual traps.

I'm planning on running with the CB, Blinder M47 jammers, Bel GX65 RD and Trapster the entire way. Also, I have a video camera mount and will video the entire trip. Something else that comes in handy is an external Bluetooth interface (it gets better GPS reception when its overcast). I have a dual USB charging adapter for the cigarette lighter adapter so I can keep everything charged while I drive.

After reading all the experience here about this route, I'm going to add a couple of things to my plans: absolutely no PSL+ without a rabbit and a little added distance behind them in case of I/O, and a note pad containing the information presented in this thread.

You can run 10 over with no trouble, only GSP can bust you for that and usually they don't since the fine is so low and no points.

You should have no problem running 10-12 over. . I run much faster than that... I am interested to see if you encounter any QT or rear I/O or rear lidar.

The biggest issue I run into on the interstates is the sweet spot that the engine "likes" while cruising is 85-95 so I'll have to stick with cruise control in order to stay at 10-15 over the PSL and avoid going too fast without noticing it. The supercharger is a totally different beast than my wife's minivan. Her van's sweet spot is about 65-75.

Speed limit is 70 most of the way except for the construction areas.
