For two weeks now, both my new Redline and the repaired RX65 have been picking up a Ka 34.59x or 34.6xx near the entrance ramp to I95 on my way home from work. Last night, I found out the culprit...the Maryland Transportation Authority LEO in a marked Dodge Charger. The ramp was closed last night and the detour sent me through a construction zone, where the LEO was sitting. At first, I received a C/O signal of 34.59x. After I passed the LEO and was stopped at a traffic light, the Redline went silent. As the light turned green, the oncoming traffic got blasted with a burst of I/O, still with the same frequency reading of 34.59x. I know the spec mode can be a bit off, by two different detectors getting the same reading leads me to think that the LEO's Stalker was a bit out of tune.
Any thoughts?
Michael
