Some of you read a few of my earlier posts this year on this. I drove from Utah to the SF Bay Area yesterday, and once again (I lost count) I saw another roadside car search in progress by Nevada Highway Patrol, and like 90 percent of the other searches, this was in Elko County. Once again, it appeared they were on a fishing expedition. This time a lone female, 30 something, with her dog, watching while the 2 NHP fisherman went rifling through her belongings. I've driven a couple million miles since I got my license, and pretty much all roadside searches I have witnessed were done by NHP, and 90 percent of those in Elko County.
