    Default Vascar lines in ATL on the 85 ?

    Noticed around some overpasses on the 85 a little north of the 285 there are Vascar lines painted in the two left lanes. Anyone ever seen the cops in the ATL area use them for speed enforcement ? If so is it just a cop on the overpass with a stopwatch or do they ever use airplanes ?
