Travelling through Buffalo...I wonder if I could help this guy...JK.

As far as radar, NYSP use almost exclusively Stalker (34.7). As far as LIDAR, the gun of choice (at least in MY area of NY) is the Ultralyte LR-B, followed by the TruSpeed. If you're going through PA, not much radar except for K band (State Police ONLY - locals cannot use RADAR). That's about as far as I can take you.

I've lived in the city most of my life and I can't wait to leave when I have enough money to do it. Why the hell would you want to come to this depressing dump? No where is safe.

Rocky is correct, sell your RedLine and buy a gun. If you leave the RedLine up they will jack it, along with your car. Even the Gods can't save you in Baltimore. If you still want to come run it with X band off unless you go through New Jersey they still use X band. Highway X off otherwise. Good luck.

Much like SpeedUp stated, HWY, No X, and TSR turned ON. The MD state police like to use LIDAR and use Ka 35.5 RADAR. The MDTA police use Ka 34.7 and K radar.

    Have fun.

Don't worry about it... just call a cab when you get back from the cruise!

Seriously though... 34.7 I/O is used a ton on the thruway... and lidar as well. I honestly would pick up a cheap CB set-up... but mehhh... just me.

Be very observant of what is going on around you. Watch the vehicles ahead of you, way ahead. I get more eye saves than anything else, including cm's, using this method.
