Iowa installer?

Hi -

I am in need of an installer for my LI and STI driver (hardwired power) along with a CB while I am at it. I am hearing from the stores that LI is illegal (not true) or that they will be charging me $80 per hour (also not gonna happen).

Mounting the heads and detector I can do. It is the wiring I need help with. Anyone near IA willing to help out? I will pay for the time - just not $80/hour.
