I will be leaving from sc to Baltimore md on Sunday 500 miles. Any high use laser states etc?

Not joking at all I did not encounter one radar for over 500 miles. Please tell me this is not surprising?

That is surprising; especially since Emporia is a well known speed trap in VA. MD state police are hit and miss. I find that during the beginning part of the month, radar and lidar are rarely used; the police just sit in the median "observing" traffic.

Hit and miss is my experience as well, at least in VA with the State Troopers. They like to sit between Ashland and Fredericksburg and nail people going 81 - usually don't see as much from Fburg to the HOV lanes. Maryland is usually miss as well, but when they're out there are a ton.
