some progress here , got the wires ready from front devices all the way to helmet warning . also i hardwire rd to an batt to test the red alert led and is just great , i like the way it is. i plan do a short movie once everything is done , it will be the best way to show the set-up , i may need to do it in a parking lot by some store to have the alert led on from doors, also an laser test would be good too to test the speaker in the helmet.
so.. i give up on wire the jackets , but i will use an coil ph wire from under front seat where it will be a ph plug. and will go all the way under the jackets to the helmet in another ph plug.

project done ! took me 3 hours to run and terminate all the wires. tomorrow i plan to set the volume for lasermask for the speaker in the helmet , also i plan to level the heads with me on bike.
a video with install will be posted soon !

enjoy:
the 3 green lights are for (left to right) neutral , lasermask , escort smart cord. but.. in riding position i see only the first one. the other 2 are under the radar detector bracket.
also in top in lasermask jammer head , the second is under headlights.

also to add to this project thread , the led warning inside the helmet must be adjust for best performance like this: led must be under the horizon line and must be place in the dominant eye side . one of the eye is dominant , do a test and find it, my case is left , so left eye takes the alert better, the attention is better. do some search and u will see what i am talking about.
