Cameras will snap speeders
gatso.jpgSpeed traps are lined up for eight more main roads across Dudley borough.
Accident blackspots have been targeted as part of the scheme.
The cameras are expected to be installed in Audnam, Amblecote, Brierley Hill, Stourbridge, Sedgley, Coseley, Halesowen and Harts Hill.
West Midlands Casualty Reduction Partnership, which is responsible for the cameras, has given its backing to the move and councillors say they hope it will have an immediate effect.
The move comes despite criticism from campaigners who say they are simply-money making machines.
