hmmm, fatalities rate is going on CO highways and the police want to make sure the trend continue, are they saying they are doing such a good job they reduce fatalities or have car just gotten better.
Notice they did not say accidents are down, because they may not be true but people are dying the that can take credit for that.
I am not sure how higher ticket costs translates into less fatalities, can someone help me connect these dots....
