TEN more mobile speed camera sites are to be set up on major roads across Burnley in a bid to curb speeding.
The news was unveiled at the latest Lancashire Local meeting where councillors scrutinised proposals put forward by the Lancashire Partnership for Road Safety.

As many as 10 new sites for mobile cameras will be identified in the Burnley borough once a shortlist of 15 roads has been whittled down following an evaluation process.

The camera sites will be chosen based on measured speed and recorded injury collisions.
