A yellow speed limit sign and a white speed limit sign. Didn't we learn what both means back in drivers ed?

This video makes cringe. How do 2 officers get through traffic school which includes classroom time and field time and make this mistake.

ROFL!!! I know Chase McDonald! I worked with him when he was an officer back in the late 70s and early 80s! He sold out to the dark side, and is a psychologist now. Acting more like a lawyer these days though, I see!

Seriously! And WTF does the Constable need a "traffic division" for anyhow? Are they all caught up on their process serving? Got all the car thieves, burglars and rapists out of their precinct already? Give me a break. Bastards.

Dallas contracts with the constables office some how to do most of the traffic stuff because they are to busy answering calls and way under staffed.

My father who is retired said that he heard that this may not happen for very much longer and that constables may go back to just doing warrants etc. No traffic stuff. He won't tell me where he heard that at.
