I think in IL at least they go after more imports, that and old beaters. If you have a nice clean american car, they won't be pulling you over for the fun of it.

Ouch.

Hummer owners feel secure knowing that their body on frame monster can plow through anything...at frame level. That's just retribution right there.

I wonder why school buses don't have the extended bumpers on the back like semi trucks do. That would be a more sensible application than a vehicle that spends 90% of its life on the interstate.
