Police task force to target speeders, DUI offenders, other law breakers

Eight police agencies will conduct a Greenville County traffic task force on Friday, focusing on speeding, DUI, seat-belt use, child-safety seats, driver’s licenses and vehicle insurance, a spokesman said.



The departments involved in the task force include: Greenville County sheriff’s deputies, Greer Police Department, the S.C Highway Patrol, Mauldin Police Department, Fountain Inn Police Department, Travelers Rest and the city of Greenville Police Department.
