O'Fallon will conduct safety checks late Saturday and early Sunday

The O'Fallon Police Department, the Illinois State Police and the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department will hold a roadside safety check late Saturday and early Sunday.
The safety checkpoint will be held from 9 p.m. Saturday to 3 a.m. Sunday on Hartman Lane where police will be checking for drivers who are driving under the influence, looking for seat belt compliance and speeding among other violations.
