Motorcycle cops take a bite out of speeders

Thumbs up and a shout out to the Visalia Police Department. Their cycle officers have been patroling my busy street periodically for some time. Living here for 46 years, I have seen so many changes in the traffic problems. Watching the vehicles speed by every day I wonder what are they hurrying to — the end of their lives?
