California is one of the most moronic states ever with many laws I see there, it seems the sun has gotten to everyone? Don't get me wrong all states and governments do dumb sh*t... it's just bureaucratic inertia at its finest... but d@mn California really goes that extra step to make fools of themselves.
Take a look at who the public elects in that state and its no wonder! The California government makes fools of themselves because they have fools putting fools into office (not pointing out any individuals here who live there).
