The question is will they start to do a crack down on this law like they would with any other new law, or is it going to be in the books , but rarely enforced?

IL added such a law a few years ago. AFAICT, it never received more than token enforcement from day one. There are still as many Cheeseheads blocking the passing lane as there ever were.

I think WI drivers come to IL to get us PO'd, and IL drivers go to WI to get them PO'd.
