By the time the driver of the orange Hyundai Accent saw the Pennsylvania State Police cruisers parked along West Liberty Avenue in Brookline, it was too late.

The car was traveling 47 mph in a 35 mph zone, according to a radar clocking, and was waved over at a Pittsburgh police checkpoint just down the road, near Pauline Avenue.

Interesting to see radar used in a downtown area by PSP. Both cops (state and city) have to show up if you want to fight the ticket.

The one thing i remember about the Commonwealth of PA when i went down there for the 135th Gettysburg reenactment, is its kinda goofy in ways.
Couldn't just buy a six pack of beer, NO sir... they make you buy the entire case!
One more state on the 'don't retire to' list!
