    wow what a crock of BS. sounds like the only politics are from the author of the article. and she even points out its all about revenue "it's a net revenue generator"

    I am glad the new Governor is listening to the majority of residents and not this windbag and considering removal of the cameras.

    In all fairness, that article is clearly labeled as an editorial. It's supposed to reflect the sore loser opinion of the newspaper's editor.

    Ever notice big city editorials most always lap dog the politicians agendas?
    These people of the so called 'free press' ignore the democratic will of the people...Why?...are they smarter than the voice of the people! What arrogant elitest liberal A-holes

    They're usual MO is the touchy, feely. liberal, emotional phrases such as 'it'll save lives' BS to get their draconian anti-freedom agendas enacted into law!
    A propogandic tactic that has worked quite well for these media 'useful idiots'.
    And then there's the added revenue thing which tends to fuel all this BS.
