Thumbs down Bid to end Virginia's radar detector ban fails in House

Its DEAD. Once again the pricks that voted this down can and EF them selfs. Ever wonder what its like living in China. Well Virginia is not far off. They want to make the fine for riding a motorcycle less but having a radar detector well endanger motorist. The vote was 61-38. I cant wait to get the list and send them a letter letting them know how I feel about there decision.
    This really pisses me off.

Sorry guys this failed. But at least we still have the Bel STi,R model, Escort Redline, and the Escort 9500ci. And for those individuals who wouldn't allow this bill to pass, WHAT COMES AROUND IS GOING TO GO AROUND TEN TIMES FOLD. I don't like anyone attempting to take our electronics enjoying rights away from us. They are going to have to pry it from my dead hands to get it away from me. Feel better after venting!

I understand the (and agree with) the frustration regarding this BS but realistically did you really think it stood a chance of passing? In this economy there is absolutely no way any law reducing income is going to pass. They will make it even tougher (and more expensive) on us in the future. Get used to it.

Well I'll continue to avoid going to the state through the state. It's a nice WV, KY, TN, NC drive around.

I drive through, don't stop, don't run the V1 (just the 9500ci) and try to hold it under 80.

You bring a great point. How many people stay away from this State because of are screwed up Reps? That as has been stated don't care.
