This is a very biased story. I was watching this on the news last night. The cop didn't turn his lights on and was not running sirens until the white vehicle was pulling out onto the street yet he was doing well over the posted speed limit. He never turned his siren on.

they'll blame it on the other driver and nothing will happen to the officer. if you look at that cam he was moving pretty quickly. same kind of thing happened in nj a year or 2 ago a cop was responding to a call over the allowed speed of any type emergency and broadsided a car that pulled out. he didnt have his lights on or sirens and the man he hit died but i cant remember if any actions were taken against the officer
