Illinois state police officers from district 11 will conduct special traffic enforcement patrols from saturday through may 31 on interstates 55, 64, 70, 255 and 270; and illinois routes 3, 15 and 143 in madison and st. Clair counties. Troopers will concentrate on speeding, failure to use occupant restraints and other driving offenses.
