Had a think about this, and his complaint is null an void, He was detected at 67 km/h which the camera threshold was set at which is 11.5% tolerance above the posted limit ( within the 10% error the commonwealth law defines), 3Km/h has been deducted giving him a 64 Km/h fine. Now he should also have commonsense and know his speedo is out being 'in the job' and have tested it win fellow members.
