if it was about safety wouldnt arlington's funniest...er...finest be on patrol and personally stopping those who run the red light? oh yA...they're too busy causing their own accidents, sooting their PL3's and jumping out in the middle of the lane to wave some1 down. every time i see them jump out in the middle of traffic, they "almost" cause a 3 car pile up!
I guess it doesn't matter who runs the red light, as long as arlington gets the money for it
