LOL that was a lame crash. Those are the people that run red lights, traffic obviously coming at you but you still continue into the intersection and get owned. RLC's will never prevent people like that from causing accidents.

I forget the stats, but the overwhelming (85%+) red light camera citations are for people turning RIGHT on the light, not through the intersection.

The teenage girl driving the manual transmission SUV said it had stalled just before the intersection.

“I got it going and I guess (the stoplight) wasn’t green anymore,” said the girl, who declined to give her name.

WTF. She was paying so much attention to just getting the thing moving that she didn't notice a red light and traffic approaching?

Someone should have had more parking lot time before venturing into the real world.

Remember that video from China that was posted a week or so ago? It was full of crashes where the perp (or is that "pelp"?) just plows obliviously into an obstruction that is directly in its path. It's like they're blind or something.

Not just that a car turned left in front of her and then she swerved around another car!
How far is your head up your ass to not know what is going on in this situation? Did she just think oh people will stop for me?
I guess people who drive manuals arent always the most attentive or better drivers.
Maybe she is just an example of a darwinism award that couldve been?

On a side note that thing rolled fairly easily/slowly.
