Aggressive driving is a misdemeanor in Arizona...interesting. I wonder how easily they justify it in court. I don't know if this is true in most places but regardless of how well you can justify it here, it stays a summary offense.
I also noticed that apparently the new undercover car is equipped with "hidden lights, a video-recording system and radar detectors." I guess the car is so concealed that they can't risk speeding without a detector, either.
