    This is definitely a true story. Everytime I use 422 or 222 I see these guys. VASCAR sucks.

    I prefer the airborne vascar traps. 15 over isn't too bad though if they actually adhere to it.

    10 over is required by law in PA for non-radar devices (in other words, any device that local police use) so it's definitely possible that they give 15 over.

    In my neck of the woods people could be given 20 over and there would still be a steady stream of cars to pull over. It's not necessarily that the speed limit is too low either...it's just the layout of the land.
