I thought these things were for adults only?
They have 15 officers...that's not THAT small, at least to my standards. But again, my standards are from PA where every little region is it's own town and usually has its own government/police/fire. Of the townships and boroughs around me, most have 8-20 officers. The ones with over 20 are the larger regions or the crime filled ones.
It's a wash in my opinion. If they can afford LIDAR, then go for it. I just can't see them getting much use out of it being that their population is only about 2,000 people and they're isolated. I didn't see one car on the road when I looked at their major roadways via Google StreetView...which says a lot.
They do have an airport though! heh.
Wow, that area is TINY. Why do they need lidar?
