Hellginia is such a dump. The state police will be issuing reckless driving speeding tickets left and right. All about the revenue baby. Hopefully the people will resist this and make the state change these absurd speeding laws, but I doubt it. From what I see most people from Hellginia are like sheep and just follow the rules...like them going exactly 65 in the left lane on I-95 in Maryland, while everyone is running up on them almost crashing into them. Of course they refuse to move over because they're doing the PSL! Idiots. It gets worse everyday. I feel sorry for the VA members on here.
