This is a game that is huge in Michigan. Western Michigan University vs. Central Michigan University in football. Nothing in regards to speed enforcement, obviously, but crowd control, etc. Over the years (I was at CMU in the 80's) there have been some nasty riots after the games...thus each year, they increase the patrols quite a bit to keep things calm.
