    Very interesting indeed!!

    Unfortunately, from what it says on those articles, the judges decision may be appealed by the public prosecution services there.

    I guess they really need that money badly .

    Damn, I could have used this Judge when I was stationed over there in the Mid-Late 90's w/my 3 speeding tickets. LOL
