Haha, anything they do to take their attention from speeders gets my approval. I always ALWAYS wear my seatbelt anyways.

You may always wear your seat belt, but is a seat belt stop a primary offense in CA? I know here in MO they have to stop you for a primary offense first, such as speeding, improper lane usage, no turn signal ect.
So either way they are out, and you have to pass them. It would be easy to just flip on the radar and POP you!
